ahesharpe: One of my uncles worked on the Humber Ferries, and every time we crossed, because our car was quite large, we were left until last to be embarked. We would watch all the other cars going on, and think, "they aren't going to leave enough space for us", but they always managed to squeeze us on. He later was given a job on the Humber Bridge, when it was finally built.
One of the Humber ferries, perhaps the one in the photo, can be enjoyed at Hartlepool, where it now serves as a cafe and museum. It is called Wingfield castle.
Anyone got the Pentax connection yet? Marc Newson designs a range of clothing for G-Star. You know, the bloke who came up with the Pentax K-01.
kadardr: The IQ OM-D E-M5 is en par with the best APS-C sensors, may be beyond. The investment decision is whether to buy Oly OM-D E-M5 or the Pentax K-5 or Nikon D3200, D5100, D7000 or Canon 600D. OK, if you say it is about size, then let us add Nex-7. What I am trying to say here is that OM-D E-M5 opens a new horizon. I cannot think of it as another m43 camera, or another EVIL camera. It is another great camera.
I was replying to the original post, not you, but I get your point.:-)
I owned a K-5 alongside an E-PL2. It was the best DSLR, pound for pound, that I've used. They've both gone to make way for the EM5 arriving tomorrow. I will know soon whether it really can match the K-5 for DR.
