We see how easy is to convert this camera to an IR dedicated one
Very quick test and samples: http://www.alinpopescu.eu/blog/nikon-d600/
Here is maybe the first unboxing of a new D600 :)
Not owned, but lent to me courtesy of Romanian Nikon Service as a replacement for my D700 being in service for a hot-shoe replacement. I have a lot of time to decide if the camera suits me, but what I can tell until now (30 min after unboxing it) is that I love how it feels and sounds.
More to come on my blog. I'll post some high ISO samples. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMT_-n8yx08

Kotjara: what I don't like for iPhoto, so it making the loooooong time Image Library refreshing on start. Other apps do it in seconds, but iPhoto could do it for minutes.I have over 2000 pics in iPhone, I can't wait minutes to edit fresh pic and post it to Internet.
It happens only if you are running it on iOS older than 5.1 (e.g jailbreaked device and non genuine iPhoto ;) )...
I was lucky enough to have my hands on a pre-production unit. I did a hands-on review on my blog (in Romanian), but at least you can see more images captured with the A57, if you wish so. The link below
