DioCanon: Where are all the Nikon-boys screaming and laughing at Canon and the light leak...???

Every big camera maker has shown some pretty bad build faults in the last year.

There is no point to pick on others people cameras unless you are 5 years old.

But Nikon... we are missing shots here, not just a light leak...ah ah ah

Hey BJN, Light leak issue doesn't effect 99.99% of the photographers... It doesn't hang up in the middle of a shoot. Work around, net even required... and you were saying?

FastFisher: I will never buy from Canon. Period.

I keep telling myself, don't reply troll... Just can't help it...

GaryJP: The people most worried by the "light leak" issue and "solution" are mostly Nikon users.

You are one sad and angry person aren't you? I think you should grow up. Toyota messed their vehicles and recalled millions of them for a simple fix... Toyota's are still great cars, no matter how much you jump up and down on your seat...

CLEANSHOT: For those of us deciding between Nikon D800 and Canon 5D Mark iii, Canon has probably lost hundreds if not thousand's of potential sales with their "tape fix". Just not acceptable, considering the price tag.

If this issue and the fix is what will make you decide between D800 and 5D m3, I just feel sory for you!!!

On Lytro Light Field Camera first look with Ren Ng article (225 comments in total)

Lomographers, if left any, will love this. Instant shutter is great, bringing something new to the table deserves appreciation.

God, or Ng, knows where will the resolution be in 5 years, zoom range, macro capabilities, or 3D implementation outside lytro environment.

Well, wish him best of luck...
