On article Hungarian law bans photos taken without consent (321 comments in total)

This is rather disturbing. Take Hungary out of my list of "to visit" countries. Just imagine the scores of tourists that will be in violation of this law.

It does look pretty good, but keep in mind that the left side of the subject's face is well exposed. It looks better than the EM1 and GX7!

Looks great for 3200 on a m4/3 camera! Good noise control without smearing all the details away!

LiSkynden: No flip out screen, no Canon G16 for me. So disapointed. I dont get why they dropped it again (G15). Make up your mind Canon. Why not making one camera that always has flip out screen.? Why drop it and then put it back and then drop it again, and ... what?

It's called incremental improvements. If a camera maker gives us everything we want, then it won't be able to sell us any more cameras. I'm confident that the swivel LCD will return soon enough.

armanius: So glad a major reviewer finally discussed the lack of face detection in Fuji's "advanced" cameras. I hope Fuji will implement face detection via firmware upgrade in its "advanced" cameras, and/or in its upcoming cameras.

I'm always amused at haters that resort to insults and put downs. If someone doesn't like to use face detection, keep the feature turned "off." It's hilarious to see some feel threatened by face detection. I suppose if future Fuji cameras add face detection, people like "samhain" will automatically consider to those cameras as not "real" cameras.

lmtfa: Their are more "CONS" listed here than their are in Pelican Bay Prison. And it still gets an 81% + Gold Award. So it has been decided by those in charge, make a "Retro" looking camera and name it Fujifilm and bingo it's a world class winner. I wish I had my Brownie that I got from Kellogg's Corn Flakes box tops. It surely would garner a 83% and don't call me Shirley:-))

Is that how ratings and awards are calculated or dished outt? Add the pros and cons? Or subtract the cons from the pros? I missed that memo.

Most photos seem to lack detail even at low ISO. They look really soft too, almost as if it was off focus.

Impressive camera! Might have to buy my first Nikon DSLR. I wonder why Nikon kept the ISO button on the left side. Looks like a winner though.

Is the Tamrom an internal zoom? That'd make it a more attractive proposition over the Oly and Pany counterparts.

How many slow "normal" zooms do we need for m4/3? This is about 4 from Pany and about 4 from Oly now? Sigh ...
