Placed 9^th in the challenge. A worn-out doll,still serving in the window of an uptown's shop... "they shoot horses, don't they?"

Placed 10^th in the challenge. The butcher's assistant (in the middle) works at the central food-market in Athens city. He asked me for a photo, for sending it to his wife and children in Pakistan (for showing them, he has a good life and friends in Greece). Of cousrse, after a couple of weeks, I printed this photo and gave it to him.

Placed 19^th in the challenge. A wire-fence, located closely to a cement factory which was working for more then fifty years in Peireus Greece. The flying particles of cement accumulated at the wire-fence and -with the rain water- built slowly a stalagmitic structure of concrete. The whole picture of this fence, reminds the so-called Zoellner-plate, used widely in architecture.

Placed 5^th in the challenge. Seamen of a commercial vessel, anchored near the port of Peireus, are waiting to hop on the bargue for taking them ashore. After a whole day at work, they seem not to care about the lavishing sunset-light, which illuminates them.

Placed 6^th in the challenge. On a car-ride to the desert of Wadi Rum, Jordan, our driver has invited me and my family for tea, prepared by burning some dry plants, collected from nearby. We all watched the sunset in this spectacular "red desert".
