mosc: I want an A-mount version of the A6000 with a proper grip, preferably in a $999 package with that 16-50 f2.8 lens of theirs. Who's with me? SLT be damned, just rip it out and let the chip do the work.

Make it 15-75mm f2,8 (remember the Sony R1 with the built in 14,3-71,5 f2,8) and count me in.
P.S Environmental proofing would be nice.

""£1350 for the body alone……….. Two lenses will be available at launch; the 18-56mm f/3.5-5.6 zoom (27-84mm equivalent) will cost £1250, and the 23mm f/2 prime (which offers a 35mm equivalent angle-of-view) will be £1350""
That's what i call a 'bargain' .

vv50: 808 photo: 78 + 80 + 73 + 84 + 88 + 89 + 81 = 573
Z2 photo: 88 + 74 + 84 + 83 + 84 + 68 + 85 = 566
both score = 81?

What is this an argument with yourself?

Menneisyys: Speaking of the 808's flash, yesterday, I made tons of open-air "social" shots in the evening, with the 808. The subjects were typically at least 5-6 meters away. Everything was on auto, incl. the flash. I used CameraPro Qt in its 41 full-sensor Mpixel mode.

The 808 chose ISO 640...1000 for the shots. Of course, I did manual focusing before each shot. All the shots were good (again, if you carefully pre-focus, there won't be focus problems) and the subjects (people) pretty well lit by the Xenon flash. The, in addition to the (possibly) high brightness, other advantage of Xenon flash, namely, movement freezing, also worked just fine.

Now, do the same with the Z2's cr@ppy LED flash...

Why not go to your last status,
Silent or ignored ?
