Yeah, lead. Plus the best IBIS mechanism on the market, and an (almost undoubtedly) larger & more robust 1/8000 shutter mechanism.

The 12-50 can do f/5.0 at 25mm, but you have it at f/7.1 -- one stop slower than necessary. You could have used ISO400, so that's one easy improvement.
