@marike6: indded it is. Had problem with it opening all the time on D80 (sorted out DIY style), same problem with my D7000 and have tried on D600 - same issue...

So lack of GPS is a deal breaker for you, not the FX cam being crippled by a DX AF module? Wow...

I wouldn't have cared about 1/8000 if this cam had offered native ISO50 (or vice versa ;)). Still, it's not a deal breaker but definitely quite a pitty...
