the f/14 aperture was (a) due to lots of stobe power and (b) to help keep everything in focus!
Thx Ruth! I was impressed to learn that the seal harvest quotas were generally less than 10% of the young, so it's chances were good. Now, surviving whales, sharks and polar bears is a different story!
