Even in bright daylight unless you use a slowish lens(2.8 or slower) the black af points are almost invisible as well as the red VF illumination.How do you track...

I meant in this message " I could NOT see the af point" , action was going fast, bright daylight and 85L...I'm gonna have to start using the 1D MIV again this is BS $4000 camera ( with the BG-E11) !!!

I could see the dang point in bright daylights, black, grey , red...what the hell!the 85L with this 5d3 is hell! I think I'l be much better with the 3 stop ND filter I ordered, I sure hope...

I have Just ordered a 3 stops ND filter for daylight, the black af points should be as visible as when using a 2.8 lens with it, hopefully the AF won't lose too much speed...

I assume you use a lens 2.8 or slower = darker and more visible black AF points in bright daylight.I also assume you use mostly center af point, thats why you have no problems with it...
