Do people read? Why are there entries that are obviously not "square" when the rules call for a "square' entry?

I just returned from Agra a month ago and was hoping just for just that, a night shot of Taj. Frankly, it's very difficult, if not impossible unless you are perched up high on a tall building, or you have spent a week scoping out Agra to take this shot. Taj is completely dark from a distance.
