With the 70-300mm 4-5.6 4/3 lens, these are the best I can get:

Taken with EM-5 w/70-300mm 4/3 lens. SAF+MF.

Can only get clear image with motionless and close subject.Using S-AF+MF with stabilized VF and AF assistant. So what is the best setting for flying birds?
