Yup, NC8407 is a 1929 model. It is owned now by the Experimental Aircraft Association and wears the livery of Eastern Airlines.

I don't know. There is something screwy with DPs interpretation of exif data. It should be 2 seconds.
I am concerned about the nudity rule. It appears that all the entries so far should be disqualified.
I do not believe that photographs of posters or revolutionaries meet the criteria and are potential copyright violations.
