Audio ?? Is this not enough for U?
Dolby Digital sound, thanks to a stereo zoom microphone that comes with Auto Wind Cut function and a zoom noise reduction system.
Not sure about S/N ratio nor frequency response

Sergey Borachev: Very impressive, really nice features, except for one thing.

For a camera of this size, a built-in flash is much more useful than a hot shoe.

Those who complaint of flash ,my impression is they never shoot or handled LX7 before??LX7 do not need flash .I use built-in only 5% of all my lX7 shots

burnin: The Panasonic GX7 has a flash, hotshoe and viewfinder.
I wonder they left the flash out of the LX100. Big mistake.

5% flash usage for LX7 for me,If you need flash clipped on flash supplied,EVF>> precious than flush so the space sacrificed for EVF

Ben O Connor: Dear Panasonic,

Cam I ask you that "why do you annoy me by missing built-in flash !!!!"

Did Olympus teach you so ? Mein God....

Flash or EVF.The space is sacrifice for EVF.Add on flash supplied. With the low light capability I used flash5% with LX7.These are meant for nocturnal shooting ,landscape and super 1cm macros to use without additional flash.More postives on specs and negigible negs on LX100 IMHO

aroundomaha: No microphone input port. Not a deal killer but that is disappointing in a camera capable of potentially pretty nice video work. Shame.

We are talking about portability and compactness Who wants to carry microphone ??? with compactness it defeats the purpose .You cant satisfy them all! if you want mic input go to GH4 and do not complain it is mot stereo. Constructivee critique is good

pocoloco: A micro SD is a must... but Android does not support that anymore... yeah... you can plug in one, but apps cannot share data so images shot cannot be modified/written to the micro SD... as long as Google does not fix this... all Android phones are just phones.... nothing more... it becomes very cumbersome to use them for anything else....

????I used microsd for data (office -pdf-word excel) DCIM for photo shared with apps like gallery or picasa
Music with Mx player Video with google video player on my android since S3,Note1,Note 3
all shared with apps on the phone and microsd
Whats the problem here??? i used 32 microsd card also shared with Lx7,K5 stills and video (with SD adaptor for camera) to take pictures on camera and view them (stills) and played video taken with dirrefent cameras on android phones

Hen3ry: This just looks insane to me. I was hoping for a 1" sensor, an extended zoom range, and something a little smaller. Instead I am offered something as bulky as the GM1 (yes, I have owned and used one) with a limited zoom range.

Oh -- and a built-in flash is a must have in these small cameras (I ridiculed Oly about the silly little accessory flash for the E-PL3 and this is no different).

As a marketer I see the two announcements of the LX100 and GM5 as ludicrous. They compete with each other!

And the LX100 is bigger and heavier than its "natural" competitors from other companies, notably Sony.

Anyway -- no Panny purchase for me of either of the two. I'll just carry the ever handy G6 with the 12-32 on walkabout. :)

I used flash not more than 5% with my LX7.These cameras are meant for nocturnal(without the usage of flash)wide angled landscape and 1cm macros cams. LX100 is even better for low light capability than current LX7 based on specs .Flash is not mandatory with this type of cameras and with the package the external flash (if you need one) is also included in the price. On top of that 4K video and stills/still capture. This will surely be my next purchase.:))

nevercat: The big problem with this camera phone is the same as with all camera phones: Ergonomy. cameraphones lack a good grip, they lack the right controls, so for serious photographing they lack the right way to opperate.
The 1" sensor makes it a rather serious camera, in the wrong housing. Yes people will buy it, but the results will mostly be not as good as is possible with te sensor and lens combination...

Please do not speak too soon and very subjective

Papaya part 2

The same goes for Green papaya as salad and also in Mixed vegetable Fish head curry which is extremely popular in the far east in Tamil Indian cuisines.

In short Green papaya (thinly sliced or grated raw) and boiled papaya flower bud are used as vegetable in salads and curries
and Mellow/ripe Papaya used as a fruit

best wishes

How do you classify Papaya ???
In Thailand Papaya Salad with fish sauce is very popular as well as boiled papaya flower used as vegae salad /side dish as starter in vegetarian food as well as papaya trunk used in laksa (boiled fish broth with rice noodles) as one of the delicacies of the far east..Also as a fruit.
Papaya flowers are white and beautiful
