icexe: Those knobs on top look like they would be hard to use.
Those knobs are very easy to use I used to have some on a Radio in 1972
zavart: I have read some of the comments regarding new Hasselblad and I must say I am totally amazed by how emotional they are! I MYSELF like the look of the new camera hassy has designed ! Yes, it's very futuristic ...and that's what I like about it. I suppose if somebody had shown the 2012 Lamborghini Aventador to the people living in the nineteen twenties he would have been met by similar reception ! i.e. what an ugly contraption ! The beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder ! But sometimes fashion trends and the passage of time also changes our perception of what we regard as beautiful ( In Rubens times present day fashion models would be regarded as downright ugly ). In the end of the day we fortunately CAN CHOOSE of what we like and what we buy ! Vive la difference !!!
The Lunar IS a sony NEX in a different "Dress" its got no Hassleblad components (Or Designs) other than the (Very Ugly)Outer caseingWhich is why people think its a CON ....
Hassy's Medium Format cameras are Also rebadged FUJI's
scrane: Hasselblad is now finished, isn't it? Almost overnight the brand has a nasty odor.
Who cares if Hassleblad go under FUJI can still sell the medium format cameras under their own name .......
Valiant Thor: After the camera is complete, the greatest part will be watching his video of how he did it. Your eyes will tear up and you'll need a full box of Kleenex on hand as he describes the process with such emotion that you'd think he just cured cancer.
"Women swoon for British accents. Dilbert taught me so. :) "Clearly never heard a "Brummie" accent ;)
deleted_081301: Quote "Owning a Hasselblad, made in Sweden, will no longer be just a dream for many photographic enthusiasts.”
Made in Sweden tee hee thats a good one :Dnot sure where Sony will have them made but
A) its gona be a sony not a Hassleblad ......B) Its not gona be made in Sweden .......
I dont remember Hassleblad telling the public that FUJI makes its cameras and its Lenses As A camera maker Hassleblad is long dead IT now only puts its name on other peoples products
MPA1: Why do Hassy keep getting together with TV manufacturers to make cameras?!
Arnt Sony TV's made in Korea by Samsung ???
noirdude: "Owning a Hasselblad, made in Sweden, will no longer be just a dream for many photographic enthusiasts.”
depend on the price, if it's between $2500 - $5000, people can only dream..
And IT wont be made in Sweden ......
raincoat: Like Leica and Panasonic, the next Hass will just be an overpriced Sony.Way to go cheapening your brand image.
Now at least Sony can claim their flash mount and MS card is used by more than one company and is an 'international standard'.
Yes Leica sticks the red dot on Panasonic compacts ..BUT Leica also makes top notch cameras (Niche) and fantastic (Expensive ) Lenses Hassleblad just re-badge Fuji 645 cameras and stick Fuji lenses on them I believe the Back is an IMACON (made /Assembled in Denmark
Boerseuntjie: Carl Zeiss announced 3 new Lenses for NEX and Fuji 12mm F2.8, 32mm F1.8 and 50mm F2.8 Macro and all under $1000, the Sony and Fuji systems just got seriousTime for a Full Frame NEX Sony
"You keep on smoking grass DickyUK Oooooo you did not get the news, Sony bought Half of Olympus the Other day ;)"
and thats relevent to Cosina making Zeiss lenses (IE they are not real Zeiss lenses) In what way ????
extman: Hasselblad is just a marketing company now. They don't design anything anymore, they jusy rebrand and redistribute. XPAN and H system is Fujifilm. Now Sony's turn.
It will just be a Sony in a new frock :) a very expensive new frock ...

I see Hassleblad have another new partner .....http://www.dpreview.com/galleries/5975182347/photos/2219821/holga-blad-h4-pan
"Carl Zeiss announced 3 new Lenses for Sony, Fuji and Hasselblad too. That's big!"
that should keep COSINA busy for a while ....
Jan Kritzinger: In stead of Hasselblad bodies, I'd rather want to see some Hasselbald E-mount glass! Sony bodies are perfect.
When did Hassleblad EVER make lenses ????they have always used other peoples lenses namely... Fujinon, Kodak (Badged), Rodenstock and Schneider
"The Swedish company Hasselblad, pioneer and developer of the H System"Now this is a JOKE ... the H system is a Re-badged FUJI which is sold in Japan as a FUJI
and how Swedish is Hasselblad ??? they dont make cameras there anymore and they arnt Swedish owned anymore
they are on sale now at IKEA gothenburg
I wonder if they will get Sony to re-badge the lenses as "Zeiss" too ...?
brilliant Hassleblad diversify from re-badged Fuji's to Re-badged Sony's
Stick on a Hassleblad badge and up the price ;)
I have Samyangs 8mm fisheye and thats a stunning lens esp at the price IF this is priced right it will be a winner
