Seems that his biggest beef was with the LCD in sunlight. They all pretty much suck in those conditions.

I was actually kind of curious to know the same. I'm not into pp'ing much, so SOOC shots are very important to me.

I think those pics are just fine, Rube...especially the one with the guy in purple wearing glasses. No, it's not saleable as a tightly composed portraiture, but it certainly works for me.

Amazon lists a VF-11 for both the Sigma DP1 and DP2, as does the Sigma site.What's the difference, and do assume they'll both fit the Ricoh hotshoe?

Man, I could swear I read somewhere that the GR could take an external EVF.  Kinda sucks if it can't. The hot shoe is there.....  Everything else seems spot on superb.
