Bob,There are many photo ops between the parks you have included on your trip. Just keep your imagination open and have your camera ready. Remember the "iconic" places can get a little crowded.

Bob,Way go all the way to the southwest and maybe catch the Grand Canyon. If as you say this will possibly be your only trip to the area, find some time to see it before you head home.

Bob,As I and many others have there isn't a "bad" time to go. I think that you will find out that plenty of the people you run into are either from Europe or Asia. So weather school is in or not...

I enjoy the Winter, but Summer is also fun. There really isn't a bad time. Fall in Zion is nice but that would be best the first week of November. :-)
