Result : the body i love is the K5, better constructed, better button ( in my view), better specs for durability.but yestaerday I found the k-30 kit in white, with the 18-135mm WR at amazon for 817...

Yes, I live In Costa Rica,...The Pany FZ50 and other good stuff failed for weather and mechanical things....some wave got me ,   some splash, and fall  too... ( in the rain forest, or in the rock...

OK 18- 135 is better tha n 18-55 & 200 but is the 18-135 combination -k30 sturdy enough , because I saw in some review that k-30 isn't 100.000 click and no so good than k-5 in construction...Any...

Hi!what are you advise me for better construction / best lasting gear:k-30 with 18-135WR and nearly (900$ amazon) ( with very little lens change)or k-5 with 18-55WR and 50-200WR (899$...

Thois shot, at ISO800 ( or 1600 will be ok)  will be perfect in raw....   It's a lot better than a lot of other cams, including some apsc sensors!  ( if you havent 15000$ lenses!) ...

Don't think so:
1 manual zoom
2 weather proofing

The rest is only little change, that doesn't stop real photographers...
( apart 1/1.7 sensor, but wont be 25-600)

I didn't say that nowadays a still cam don't have to shoot video.
But in this case, yes the k-30 does. and does well for the type of cam it is.

with my 27" calibrated monitor, at iso >6400 the k30 is in the game of T4i and D3200, if not better in some details....

Yep an R2 weatherproof is something really tempting... but what if the same quality but 24-240mm? a dream...

A manual zoom lens like the FZ50 panasonic but splash proof
