You're not following the thread.  As I said earlier, Ray gave the exposure settings.  The Ricoh is overexposing the Nikon by 1 stop and yet the output looks underexposed by 1 stop.

I don't think the camera metering is the problem here.  It's settings is twice the exposure as the Coolpix A but the final images looks to be 1 stop underexposed.  I think the only thing that can...

The metering system should account for the ND filter.  Anyway, whatever it is, this is messed up, and Ricoh should look into this.  Perhaps the best remedy for all this is to exposure bracket.
