I don't have the 18mm, but the 18-55mm is excellent. Pretty much EVERY review states similiar conclusions. Where are all the doubters?!?

The sensor in the Nex is better and the Sigma primes were designed to an APS-C spec.

Just remove the front element and use an exacto knife and tweezers. Simple fix.
