Thx...and yes - "webcam" are superior to DSLR do to high frame-rates - 60 to 120fps and with that and stacking you can compensate the atomspheric turbulences and achieve better results.

Hehe...yes indeed - but as stated in this old post - you get better results with a small-sensor webcam-style camera then using a full-frame DSLR.

Hmm...should not be that difficult:1) turn off Auto-Iso2) Set to MANUAL mode3) mirror lock-up4) camera on tripod5) set iso100, f5.6 and start with 1/250sAnd just change the exposure...
