More important than equipment, is the moment.
Ishatix: Given the methods used in creating these images may I politely suggest that the DPReview editorial staff reconsider their promotion of this content. Thank you.
In fact, I see a lot of people ask how many of these photos may be made. I know that many are sacrificing the animals. I am not saying that this is the case or not. But the truth is often applied to this type of cruelty issue. Unfortunately many years. While many are amazed by the "beauty" that it really can demonstrate not think often also what is behind the stage for this to happen. Did not want to talk about it, but as it has been brought to discussion, unfortunately I can only confirm that yes.
I like the approach presented to the Macro world by the artist, but, in some images the background kills the main subject. However it is still a remarkable job in general.
Well know hacks, at least for "old school" guys. I like DIY, dpreview should show more of this. Good stuff!
CR2032 coin battery? Fails already in the design. Pass.
I got it a few months ago too, onOne sent a link to download directly. It works well and has some interesting features.
Thanks for sharing this set part 2, when the family leaves a photographic legacy, whatever, is always a plus for us to know ourselves and show who went to future generations. The present generation has a moral duty to keep in optimum storage conditions for passing the baton to the next generation. In my opinion, in the digital world, I think that will be a riskier procedure than analog, but not impossible.
Digitall: I must try the World Press Photos as a test, compared with some food photos and selfies...
After one test, 1 photo is from the World Press Photo winner this year, the image get 4.183. Then, after upload one of my photos, a artificial Manekin Head with glasses, the image get the score of 4.577.Maybe my artificial manekin head deserve the prize :)

Unfortunately, the correction of color became secondary to the masses, since the vast majority uses preconfigured filters, which significantly alter the colors, or intentionally misrepresent the colors, because only then think they can accomplish something supposedly artistic . The colors correctly exposed, are more restricted to professionals and more advanced amateurs who try to achieve the most natural side of the image obtained. But obviously it undergoes a matter of taste and artistic sensibility, or need.Sometimes I see people enjoying photos to detail, without having the monitors fine tuned, if not tune the monitors, much less the cameras...
To much Photoshop and annoying vintage filters!
Nice set, when life was still enjoyed with details...
I have tested this on Nexus 5, and works very well. Hey Apple can you do this?
In a matter of design, is much more interesting than the DP2 Quattro from Sigma.Technical specifications vs price I think it is a Flop.
Great photographers, great pictures, great moments, timeless images. Wish I had a time machine that would allow me to return to these moments and record all this atmosphere.
Digitall: If Olympus rip-off the banking system or financial system, the same system skinned us alive. And we are happy, and life goes on...
I forgot to put the sarcasm in brackets. Sorry.
AbrasiveReducer: But that's not all...Hack 'n Tack is also a tie tack, refrigerator magnet and fishing lure. The kids will have hours of fun playing with Hack & Tack, while learning the secrets of magnetism.
What would have taken this from good to great would be if these guys were located in Hackensack, New Jersey but it's still pretty cool.
refrigerator magnet :)
Wait, this is another Kickstarter project? No.,...yes it is.That magnetic lens cap holder is so..., formal?, is so chic put on his tie. Nice idea.
Good photos, I think the look of the elephant quite interesting and suggestive.
Digitall: Surprisingly good even with 409.600 iso
Most likely yes. Sony could leave access the RAW file of this video. I'd be interested on seeing.
