How to shoot RAW and at the same time send small jpegs to your tablet or PC I have never been able to find out. If you shoot large jpegs the transmission is rather slow. I liked the X2-pro but because of the above almost never use it.

I am no engineer, but can they not make a body that fits both the E and A lenses without having to use an adapter?

Very impressive exercise! Well done and extremely interesting. Industrial design is quite an art.

Artistico: Ah... an ISO dial. The one thing that every digital camera should have, but that you hardly ever see. That's the main reason I miss my Canon G10.

Looks like someone finally uses their senses when it comes to control layout rather than just repeating the mistakes others have made before.

Sofar the NEX 7 has 3 dials for A, S and ISO. Which is why I love that camera.

pwmoree: Wanted: a small flashdrive, battery operated, just to backup my in camera card. With the options *copy only* and *copy and delete on original card*. I am sure many photographers would buy that.

You are both right of course. It is morethe idea to have an easy portable backup away from the camera (and bag) so as to have copies of my shots when (and not IF unfortunately) the camera gets stolen again.

I would prefer the devellopment of a good dpreview app for the ipad and android tablets. At the moment I cannot even judge the challenge entries via a tablet. Life action may be great but like TV it requires your attention at a specific time. I gave up on TV many years ago.

Buzz Lightyear: Science Fact: there are 80 mountains in the world that are 8000+ meters (24000 ft) or more above sea level.

I ran aground on the Minerva Reefs with my yacht once. This Reef is on an old vulcano next to the Mariana Trough which is some 12000 meters deep. That is also 12000 meters high as seen from the earths crust. Does it count? I have nice pictures of this accidental stranding.
