Dear Sir/Madam.
Are you able to actually give contactable addresses regarding this problem I have with a product ie Canon A310 defective CCD imager. It has been a good camera and served it's pourpose for my work ideally. I have come accross a lot of information for this camera regarding who will take responsibility and yet I am unable to write, speak or contact any one.
I live in England and need a contact here not in the middle east.
