Replied in Is the latest 50mm f/1.4 summilux-ASPH really that good?
It's quite good :-)
Edit: Try it and decide for yourself. Don't base such an expensive purchase solely on people's opinions on the internet. As far as you're concerned everyone that praises it...

The prices vary a lot indeed. It all boils down to condition, model/features and lens. Typically, the F models (2.8F or 3.5F) are the more expensive/desirable ones as they were the most advanced...

Replied in Pictures with a 44yo Rolleiflex
Thanks Hugues. The square format is quite refreshing. I thought it would be weird to use a camera which takes square pictures but after using it, I changed my mind :-)

Not a Leica, apologies, but out of all the other threads, I'm sure you will appreciate it the most. I'll just claim I used this thread because Rolleiflex was German :-) Should you want to see...

Reason I asked was to see what developer you used to process the b/w films if you did them at home. The one I used so far is a tiny bit more grainy that I would like it. The grain in yours is very...

Replied in Is the 50mm f/1.8 worth it??
The extra speed is definately worth it but I'm not sure the lens is worth it in general. Id save my money and go for the f/1.4... it's a much better lens, not because of the half stop...
