Hi, This is a jeepney and is a public transportation means, just like any bus in any country. So please avoid misleading international audience of DPR.

Joe Huckleberry: I am new to these challenges. I see a lot of rules that say o sandbagging. I am a golfer, so it means one thing to me. What does it mean in the context of these challenges? Can the host see who votes on which photos? Thanks...
Just to add more, Sandbagging applies to votes that "vote down" (i.e. 0.5) entries with sometimes the intent of giving their entry a better chance to win.
Voters identity are hidden, so host do not see who they are but sometimes its obvious because they vote all entries to 0.5 star and leave only one entry which they cannot vote on, normally it is their challenge entry.
You must have good stomach sometimes to think people will do this for a free challenged ;)

Another request to entrants, maybe you can share the result of the images after the challenge? Or just post it to your profile after the challenge :) This is for my learning

Jan2009: please help me out, did you want participants to show the flash set up only? Would have been really nice also if the output of the creative flash set up was seen.
Thank you for this Challenge, this will be very helpful and educational for most of the entrants and proper use of light or atleast idea where to put the flash and accessories.

Joseph Paul: I thought the challenge was "Blurry noisy cellphone photo's that are still interesting" not cellphone photos that are interesting. But I guess I could be wrong.
I had the same thought Joseph, I was looking more for images with noise caused by poor camera phone but yet "neglectable" due to the image story

Hi Begonia ;) No need for apologies all opinion are respected.
For the "winner only rule" - this "ups" the challenge level in my opinion. It took me a LOT of entries to have my first win. Key is keep trying and I try to learn and continue to experiment
On the "Capture Date Rule" as most of ConanFuji's theme are portrait (at first) which is not my 'forte' I did not take part on them coz I know one of our members normally take home the Win (attn: Werli ;) and having a date rule makes it even tougher for me coz I have to attend to my day job too ;)
Have fun! there are tons of challenges.
Regards, Norberto

Your limiting rules are good, i would however suggest to give slack on the date rule, for example only images shot "this year", and not just two weeks past or less.

Jan2009: Can host increase entry limit? please? this filled up so fast, or otherwise I can wait for next time if this challenge gets repeated.
Thanks Martin! :)
hahha! very smart entry!

Bernard909: That's obvious vote biasing... Someone doesn't like the host of the challenge.
but logic shows its a waste of time, ConanFuji, do you see if the 0.5 vote is done by single person?
I don't get it that all entry had 0.5 votes ...

Do you think we have enough entry limit? --> 4017 how did you get to that number ;)

I've seen some images with borders and what seems to be color enhanced. So my question is if photo was taken with Instagram, will that be allowed?

ConanFuji: I use Picasa. It's free and it's easy
