On any m43 camera you can change the aspect ratio to whatever you want. I have an E-P1 with a 4:3 LCD screen but I shoot 3:2.

Windows Phone 7.x has had a free app to do this for a very long time. It's called Photosynth (photosynth.com) and works a treat.
