Well, it's the Internet. I guess I try to take everything with a grain of salt. I also tend to do a little due diligence on who the author/site is to see what they're all about. There's usually...

I agree. His reviews of old Nikon cameras and lenses are thorough and have been very valuable/accurate to me.
In his defense, his post about the Ricoh GR *never* states that it's a review of the...

If it's as good as the lens Ricoh put in their GR1V film camera, it should prove to be a very nice lens, indeed.

Not sure I agree with you in that in would be much less useful. The Ricoh GR1V has snap focus built into it and it's a full frame 35mm film camera. It's very handy. This new GR is the closest...

What was the in-camera film simulation setting for jpeg? Sounds like Velvia maybe?

Is it just me, or does the OMD beat all 3 of the others in this test? What am I missing?

Is it just me, or does the OMD beat all 3 of the others in this test in terms of sharpness? What am I missing? There's definitely more dynamic range in the X100s that I can see, compared to the OMD.

Yes, I'd say so. Here's a direct quote from his April 11, 2012 X-Pro1 review:"How could it be worse than the x100? What in the hell was Fuji thinking? It couldn’t be worse but it was. My...

The images really capture the day. Nicely done, imho. I agree, it really boils down to what the customer wants, but at the same time, I agree with Luke as well. I'm not entirely crazy about the...

This is what Fuji should do with their X100 line (been wishing on that for a while). Three different bodies with 3 different lenses. I'd carry 3 X100's, each having a different focal length (35,...

Very nice. Love the mood of the first shot, and the skin tones on the last shot are outstanding imho. Thanks for sharing.-Wolfy

Here's a start on some real world photography from the X100s:http://www.flixelpix.com/featured/hands-on-the-x100s/Most of his images are in B&W. Not sure why he chose not to shoot much color.-wolfy
