Only Look wise but with better shortcuts and Quality wise the X-M1 is way-way ahead, cannot be compared.. Got them both

And in the X100s Zone in focus is visible in the Scale on the LCD, it keeps on changing according to the DOF- it actually shows the area in DOF.. which is a great feature to help Zone focusing

Theres a strong competitor to the RX100-- Check the X-20 (Fujifilm) little monster :-)
