On Paris Rooftops in the Roof - Antenna - Dish challenge (0 comments in total)

LOL...ya right. I see at least 2 Photos in the top 10 do not have a dish, at least that is obvious and this is a challenge that is suppose to be roof dish antenna.. Funny stuff.

Here is a picture of the bubble maker I bought at Wallgreens, in Texas. http://forums.dpreview.com/galleries/5086018429/photos/1058891/kidwithtoy_02252

As you can see there are 2 small bubble makers that blow bubbles into the giant bubble maker. It is just an amazing invention in my opinion and of course, for those of us who love bubbles, it's a great time to practice some photographic skills too.

I acturally used the evolution version of the Chandrasekhar equation from the theory of gravitating stars before I took that shot. You know, concerning GROWTH AND ACCRETION OF MASS IN AN ASTROPHYSICAL MODEL. It really helped. But again, couldn't fool you, could I? LOL.

Yes, it is a bubble with bubbles on the inside and a couple bubbles on the outside. ONe of a kind for sure. Astrophysical model...ahahahah not for sure I even know what that is but if it resemles one....I'm all for that!

That is a good Idea. I composed the shot to leave some white space in case I wanted to add text in the future. Changing the canvas size is optional for anyone who would want to do that and if framing it would be a good idea so I am with you on that one.
I sure wouldn't mind if Canon picked this up from me and used it for advertising the 135mm f2.0L lens!! They could fit some advertising text nicely in that white space.

Thx!. I bought that bubble maker at Walgreens believe it or not. Made in China. I have since moved from that location and cannot find the darn thing now. I went back to Walgreens to buy another and cannot find one!!! Sheesh. I have a picture of what it looks like though! LOL.

I captured allot of nice pics with that bubble maker. Keep an eye out at your local walgreens if you are in the USA!
Someone actually thought I photoshopped the bubbles within the larger bubble. Wow, wish I was that good in PS!.
There were so many wonderful and great pictures posted in this contest. I love seeing them all. So much articsticness in this challenge.
