Nikon P7700.

Has anyone experienced the software update? Is it important?  How is it done?

I use B&H free shipping a couple times a year. Delivery is usually 6 days from order date. What's the big deal?

I debated between the two and went with the Nikon P7700. No regrets.

I had the S100 and disliked it for the same reasons as your concerns.  After 18 months I sold it and bought a Nikon P7700.

Take a look at the Nikon P7700. It meets all of your requirements.

OMG!You could have purchased a very nice San Disk that would meet all your needs for $15 - $18.
