It is a lot of commonsense and it also depends on the situation. All photojournalists are not able to help in all situations. Sometimes it is not just possible…pretty much like in the case of wild-life photography.

All they would do is what they do to everything else they touch--ruin it, corrupt it, make a mockery out of it, yet attract trillions of "sheeple" to it & drive the other manufacturers to copy them & ruin their existing products. No thank you. I like REAL cameras. Using an iPhone with Hipstomatic & calling it "photography" is like boiling "oodles of noodles" for 2 minutes & calling it cooking.
Did you ever consider this, Apple wont have you near them.

This is complete nonsense.
Everything that can be photographed has already been photographed, if I were to follow the court ruling. I cant shoot at all.
Creative expression by a lawman is a oxymoron. The state must sue the judge in question to prevent this ruling become the basis for further stupid legal intervention in something as basic as creative expression.
If any one out there is asking why creativity & innovation is fast disappearing from UK, then show them this court ruling.

W5JCK: A PDF is NOT an eBook. An eBook is in a format that is readable on electronic reader devices like the Kindle, Sony Readers, Nook, et cetera. For example, a format like MOBI or ePub. A PDF is just a crappy, bloated, antiquated format developed a generation ago by Adobe to allow the secure transfer of documents designed to be printed.
What a pity. You complain that the format is not right and show no gratitude for a generous gift.
