Long time no post. Shot with a very reasonable 90mm macro lens by Vivitar.  A picture of my tank as well.

I have both, I prefer the 19. Much sharper. I want to sell my 16, if anybody wants it for $110 LMK.

I like the Sigma 19mm for food. MFD is decent IMO if you can learn to avoid the shadows. These pictures look oversharpened because they were resized from large images.

You shouldn't need an ego booster from others to be proud of your pictures. Just because nobody commented doesn't mean nobody appreciated your pictures. Take a breather and chill out.
