I'd love to see some fast primes for my EOS M, but I hope they have IS; the camera is so small it really needs IS on the lenses; that's the only downfall of the EF-M 22. Most of Canon's prime lens...

It depends on how you look at the M, how you use it, and whether you own other Canon cameras. My M has essentially replaced my T2i for now, not complimented it, as I thought would be the case. If...

What did you use Nik Efex for? I've never heard of it before.

The cost of the EF-S 10-22 is more than the combined cost of the adapter and EF-M 11-22. Slightly worse aperture but you gain IS, and some say slightly better optical quality. Plus it's WAY...

I just found someone in a forum mention it, it must be real! :)

Very nice! I especially like #s 2 & 3. Thanks for posting...

I hope this doesn't apply to lenses - I was really hoping for that rumored EF-M telezoom...

Thanks! The weather has been pretty freaky in Seattle the last couple of weeks. I took that at work, on the 31st floor of a building across the street from Pacific Place. The Space Needle pictures...

I think it compares extremely well to the EF-S 10-22 (which I have). While the EF-S has a slightly wider max aperture, the IS of the EF-M is great to have, and it also costs about $250 less than...

I would say if you're going to use another program to create them outside of the camera, take your photos in RAW. You throw a huge amount of data when you shoot in JPEG.

Downtown Seattle, in sun and fog. I tried some editing to get rid of reflected indoor lights on the first, but didn't bother (yet) for the two of the Space...

Ha! Sorry, but I was only there for the taiko. The 'performance' before that was a guy talking about and demonstrating whistles.
Lots of boats there, of course, which I'll be doing the post...

Camera mics. I'm pretty shocked the wind I felt didn't blow it out, but I guess the taiko drums beat the wind into submission. I'm planning on getting a couple of good mics (one shotgun, one not)...

I shot these yesterday; they're my first attempt at video with my M. I think I'll be using my EF-S 17-55 f/2.8 lens (on the M) next...

If you want wider and IS, the EF-M 11-22 has IS, and is available in Canada. I got mine from Henry's for about $409 US awhile back. Beautiful lens. I just wish it had a wider aperture. *shrug*

I'm also using one of those Sandisk UHS-I cards. I benchmarked it via a USB 3.0 reader I got for it, and it actually DOES achieve those speeds - a remarkable card.
I'm looking forward to getting...

Does this EOS M limitation exist with UHS-I cards?
