MD lenses can only focus at infinity if your alpha adapter has a lens in it, because the flange focal distance is longer in the alpha mount than in MC/MD mount.

The 135 can achieve less DOF than the 85, but it's not a problem with either lens.

Ligthroom is a RAW converter, it makes lots of changes before you touch anything. Use a RAW analyzer like RAWDigger and you will find the real histograms :)
Trust me, they don't make this ;-)

Sensor data is the RAW data :) They can't access other thing...
