Honestly, I really prefer the raw files much more than the JPG. I think there's not too much different in the color and it's obviously much easier to edit the color/white balance with raw anyway....
-
Still, very, very minor difference that probably no one would ever be able to notice when viewing photos not zoomed in at 100%. Sure, it's great to have the best conversion possible, but I still...

I'm still waiting for the moment when i'll need it...but so far, it's been auto all the way. I might have used it once or twice, but if so, I can't remember ;-)

Hmmm....I didn't even know they supported raw in the first place :-) I guess that's just not something I need Google to do for me.
-
Sort of :-) I had the V1 in the past and have a V2 now...as well as a D600 and X100S. If you don't need really excellent low light/high ISO image quality and you're ok with the extra depth of...

Thanks :-) I was just visiting for work and had a free weekend.

Thanks. I'm not sure I'd want to try that one :-)

Hope you enjoy. :-) Everything shot in raw and edited in Lightroom 5.

I'm enjoying the camera very much.

It was because I enjoyed the V1 a lot. I was just saying, technically speaking, there are some other cameras that do offer more than the V1 for nearly the same cost or less. So of course to many...

I mean, compared to the competition. It's as if they WANT to see the Nikon 1 system die. I'm sure they don't, but the price of the V2 for example is really confusing compared to the new...

Hmmm...if they keep making more and more awesome bodies and lenses like this, I may finally feel fine getting rid of my FF DSLR. I loved the image quality of the E-M5 I had, but I could never get...

As a X100S owner, I'd say that's only really true at certain distances. Once your 5 feet away for example, even f/2 is sharp on the X100S.
This example HERE was shot at f/2. It's most sharp on the...

I'm not sure what to say, but if I import my files, I don't see any correction unless I manually select Fuji as the brand on the lens correction panel. But on my Nikon D600, I only have to click...

What he said :-) I have to manually tell LR that I want to apply a Fuji profile and as soon as i do that, it automatically selects the X100 profile and fixes the mild distortion.

Thanks :-) I don't mean to belittle anyone, but I just get frustrated seeing the same thing over and over here about how bad Adobe is with the X-Trans files. I'm very happy with it.
