A uniformly lit portion of the sky is what is pretty good flat field to check sensor uniformity. Rotating the camera allows to differentiate between sensor and sky non-uniformity. De-focusing the...

One more request if you do not mind. Can you please check that shutter speeds 1/60, 1/125, 1/250, 1/500 result in linear brightness progress (black level being set to manual 32 for all channels) ?

One thing I would ask you to check is the sensor uniformity. Couple of shots of uniform sky rotating the camera 180 degrees on a tripod so that the same portion of the sky is projecting onto...

I set the Preferences for analyzing unmodified raw data.
Yes, but the result is the same - the histogram peaks move in ISO setting progression.

If you look at the Preference pane in RawDigger you can see I switched decompression and multiplication off. RawDigger also allows to dump the decompression curve in human-readable format.

Thank you. Here is what I see:

The...

My dear friend, I do not have this camera right now. If your bandwidth allows, please, upload the test raw files.

That's why I suggested to work from his samples.

We do not know yet what happens with NEX-5N - it might be that the light was changing between the shots to compensate for the ISO increase, as I used Imaging Resource samples.
Please have a look at...

All the conversion settings are the same except for the white balance that is sampled in the marked area on the Neutral 8 patch of CC24. Indicated Lab readings below the histogram and to the left...
