Chuck Yadmark: The division between those who just don't get it, which is a lot, and for those tha t this camera is the second coming, which is a lot., cracks me up.

Name one other Nikon camera that puts or will put 20mp on a DX sized crop at 10fps with top-of-the-line Autofocus, and with ISO 51000. Hint: None, not a D4s, not the 7200, not the D750, not the new D5.

If these features are esoteric to you, then the camera isn't for you.

I and others LIVE at the limit of the cameras specs every time we shoot our stuff, and for this it is priceless.

If this camera is really going to come out, maybe Nikon will develop more dx lenses to go with it.

What is that, an aperture ring? I'm glad that someone has enough sense to continue offering them!

With a GN of 6 for the flash, you can only get about 8 feet away from your subject.

For $ 800 I could get a Fuji X10 with a couple of hundred dollars left over and bigger sensor plus free orbs or a Canon G1X with a sensor a little bigger than micro 4/3.

If this is a mirrorless camera, then why does it have a hump for the pentaprism?

I'm glad to see they're coming out with a better IQ, smaller and cheaper lens than the original 14-45mm lens.
