Why ISO400 in bright sunlight ? DR400 ? I think you can push it down ;)

From what I read on a lot of website, like DPreview, (I didn't have it) the G15 is pretty good. The lens isn't maybe the sharpest (at all) but the extra zoom compensate. By comparaison LX7 and XZ2...

Sorry for adding some more difficulties but don't forget the Canon G15. It is a big protagonist in the same category than LX7 and cie.

It seems that the sky is always magnificent with the x20. A real great blue, either there is shadows in the frame or not (last pic).

Don't bother you ;) We can see there are a lots of détail...

High JPEG compression indeed with lots of artifacts  :s Why? For quicker upload I presume...

I will add that I never printed bigger than the A4 format. As the ENORMOUS majority of people buying compact camera I think... And that there is no compact camera that can do "good" 3200ISO...

I don't see any problem with the carpet. It seems to be almost tack sharp when I look to the stitch.

I think I noticed something strange. All the " really bad" ISO400 pictures that I saw on this forum were at 70pixel/inch once I opened them in Photoshop CS3 on my computer. And The "good" ISO400...

Don't forget the very poor macro capabilities and the slow AF... G1X makes very great pics but isn't as versatile as the G15 :( Maybe we need a G2X.

At least, posting the classic studio ISO shots woult be a beginning. Like for the x100s. It is not very time-eating I think. A couple of hours maximum.

It is more 549€ vs 629€... And yes, go on, add a little more bulk with your EVF... It will fit your jacket pocket even better. The fact is the X20 has, i think, the best handling in its class. And...

But the E-PL5 is huge with a zoom lens on it. STOP. (And 100€ more expensive...)

Hem, what you forget about price tag is that the X20 just hit the market... Here, in Belgium, X20 at ~540€, G15 at ~380€, LX7 at ~400€ and X10 at 340€. But Fujifilm isn't Apple and the price will...
