Well, there's an issue or two right there, coupled with the fact that your shutter speed is most definitely marginal with a 200mm shot at 1/250th. If you have a steady hand and/or a little help...

A touch sensitive are we? That was no insult. There are people dissing those displays every day, many never having actually used one. His comment is correct... there are very few (if any)...

Take a look at FoCal... great tool for automatic MFA. If you want to do it on your own, you might use the method outlined...

Really? Consider when the 7D was introduced, and please explain exactly what Canon should (or could) have done differently (i.e. "better"). It's been THE market leader in its class ever since it...
-
Do you have some specific rumor site links? I follow at least Canon Rumors and have seen no rumors whatsoever suggesting that the 7D will adopt a pro body (I wouldn't believe it anyway). Also,...

I think it's definitely worth the upgrade price. They've added some useful functionality, including some very nice enhancements to the adjustment brush similar to the content aware fill in...

Ah, fair enough. I was assuming that you were talking about a broader usage for tracking moving objects in general. Given the fact that I have near zero experience shooting sports (shot one...

Which works nicely if you happen to be tracking your subject in an area that is relatively uncluttered. However, because of the breadth of the combined points, it's very easy for the focus system...

Try that with BIF some time. Or shooting anything that's moving. A tripod is great for some types of photography and completely useless for others. A tripod is NOT a prerequisite to getting a...

No my vote would be the incessant whining. The rumors are fine.

You know, they seem to be making plenty of moolah with the goods they have. Yes, all of us gear freaks think they need to step it up a bit, but I'd rather they be late with groundbreaking...

I keep trying to find a place to insert those darn Tri-X cartridges and they just won't fit in the slot along the side. If you have a special trick here, please let me know. :-)
Judging from many...

If it were me, I think I'd opt for the 17-55, which is what I used during my last trip there. The additional stop or so can really help in low light.
A few shots from the museum to whet your...

I realize this may sound a bit harsh, but PLEASE take some time and read (or reread) the manual thoroughly. There are answers to this and all the other questions you've asked here, many of which...

Well, it might be useful for you to know that, unfortunately, photography of any sort is strictly forbidden in the Sistine Chapel. They won't require you to check your camera, but they watch for...

Also, consider posting this question in the 1D-5D-6D forum.

No. ANY blur, including your subject, if there is sufficient ambient light to show the movement. As an experiment, try shooting an Av picture of a rapidly moving hand with flash at a slow shutter...
