Well the OVF certainly works for me with my Sony a900. And for many pros.
I think the a99 are a great camera but I need more MP and will wait for a future Sony solution to this whish and my wallet...

Well I frequently use f/13 on my Sony a900 FF 24,6 MP camera. and guess what. The photos comes out sharper than at f/5,6 ;-)

At least f/8 should be used for landscape.

The sample images are a joke. look at the f stop chosen for landscape. any proper photographer would choose f11. the images are shaky and maybe also misfocussed. shame on dpreview for posting lousy...

Funny how my Exif data dissapired after uploading the image. Thank you DPR. But anyway why do anyone want the exif?

Well I certainly wonder why my photo have been deleted. Maybe there are to many rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi.But even at iso 100 the Canon shows noise in the shadows where none of the others do. Even a 4 year old SONY a 900 has less shadow noise. And try to lift the shadows. Then the canon are worse....

Well its same comparing D800 with a900 and Canon 5D MKII / III. The a900 are obviously better in some aspects.No they are not munch better. They are marginally better. And compare the 5D MKIII...
