Opinion: I have used this camera for several months. I enjoy using the GX100 more than I do my 20D and I like the 20D. The controls on this camera are better than those on any other camera. I am still learning with this camera. I have enlarged the pictures to 19" X 13" and they look great. I highly recommend this camera to advanced amatures and to pros. I do not recommend it to people who only want a small camera and do not want to control the camera.

Hopefully, someday Rico will come up with a slightly larger version of this camera with a bigger sensor. I am not bothered by the "noise issue". It is what it is. I use the camera outside in good lighting most of the time.

If you are choosing between this and the G9 and are a serious photographer, there is no choice. The GX100 is the small camera that you desire.
