I guess you're right, although I still don't know where the mistake is. I just searched again and found this site here that states the same like you: focal length is 33mm - and that was also the...

Would you mind sharing a view images? I'm just curios what someone, who is really into it, can get out of this small cameras. :)

I use the LA-EA1 on a NEX-6 (same PDAF as 5R). AF is unusable with a SAL35F18 because it take2 about 3-6 seconds until the focus locks, on sensor PDAF is not used. The LA-EA2 is a complete...

85mm f1.4
The 50mm can also do nice bokeh
I also have the 24mm, but don't use it for portrait shots.

I have the SEL50F18, SAL35F18 (+LA-EA1) and SEL24F18Z. I have to admit, I stopped using the 35mm when I bought the 24mm because I like the 24mm focal length better in most situations. The SEL24F18z...

Ah, sorry, I missed that :)

It would be nice to share some full resolution shots :-)

This is a huge leap forward. The old app was almost useless to me, because of the missing RAW support. But now I can shoot RAW and have a lot of additional controls. The touch focus is also a huge...

I went to https://www.playmemoriescameraapps.com and connected the Camera via USB. You can install/update Apps using the Internetbrowser.

Really? How do you come to this result?
If I go to wikipedia, the crop factor of a 1/1.4'' type sensor is specified by 10,81. The focal length of the lens is 4,6mm. The 35mm equiv. focal length is...

You can set the image size to "print", to have the same size for all images.

To be completely honest, I think the focus if off as nothing in the image is really sharp. Or is this because of the lens turbo?
-
f/32 is a far too small aperture and will cause diffraction. Better use f11 max. This will also result in a faster shutter speed which might also improve sharpness.
Use a tripod and turn off Steady...

Ah, yes - sorry, what was I thinking?! :D
You're right of course. :)

This was also my first guess, but according to the EXIF the images were shot in "P" mode.
