4608 x 1440 px is what I'd suggest (2 x 1440 px coming with16:10 resp. 32:10 ratio, 1440 px due to manufacturing)

Another way to think about high MP counts is to take binning into account. Assumed we'd get a 96 MP sensor one day and bin every 4 bayer pixels to one pixel, that would result into 24 MP 'clean'...
