14mm = 37.8 equivalent  I speculate that the 14mm may be released with the V3 as part of the kit . Along with a new and improved kit zoom .

what I meant was it's only at 28mm that there is a close enough focusing distance , 5cm I think , for my needs .I'll might get the Fuji XF1 for  a compact macro camera .
