John _ Finn: An Irish photographer has tweeted that the update has disabled his Nik software plugins. Has anyone else had problems?

Yes I would agree, but it would have been nice to have a heads-up that it would remove all the plugins. Took me hours yesterday to reinstall them.

Hi

I'm in Ireland as well and I can confirm that all my plugins from both Windows and Mac have gone. Nik, Topaz On1.

I was able to get Nik working again in Windows by copying a left over version plugin folder of Photoshop to the new plugin folder.

According to Adobe (Noticed too late to save me) they are "working with 3rd party plugin providers"

Looks like I'll have to reinstall all my plugins again.

While I have no love for Google, and I think they are wrong, I also think it's a bit rich of Getty Images to talk about a monopoly.
