Very nice picture, but failed to watermark the capture date, which was one of the rules.
This aircraft was cleared to land several minutes ago because the pilot is now taxiing in. A clue, the canopy is open.
Besides any runway or approach lights being on, the title of the picture should have read "Taking Off from Runway 09R".
It is amazing that, except for two entries (30 and 80), all 118 others have one or more .5 grading. I thought .5 grading was reserved for entries that do not meet challenge rules. I believe everyone knows that some voters will do such poor act, hoping to bring down other contestants so their entry, or their friends', will shine better. Or these individuals may well be there just to stir the pot without having any entries in the challenge. It is time for DP Review to jump into the picture and do something about such blatant act.
dodfr: Snake at 21th never go to water and should have been withdrawed
Frog at 35th and 33th never go to water too they only live in trees
Lizard at 70th and 55th are also land only no water
I don't know how you can say frogs in pictures 33 and 35 never go to water because the pictures show them mostly submerged in water.
I see an archway, an entrance, but no door in sight.
I see an archway, but not a door.
Still on approach, about 4 miles back. That is not over or near the landing area.
Considering the focal length, the aircraft is definitely on final approach and nowhere near the landing area yet.
Good capture of a mishap, but the transport aircraft is obviously beyond the landing area.
This aircraft is on approach and not in the landing area.
Can't see a plane landing or about to.
Where are the aircraft and the runway?
Trucking challenge, not about buses.
This challenge is about trucking and not busing.
Speed is definitely present, but there is no movement within the formation. The six wingmen are holding perfect position.
The aircraft has speed. The only motion, which we cannot see, is inside the aircraft fuselage and engine pods.
Good capture; good panning technique; speed is definitely present; prop blur is acceptable, but the runway environment under the aircraft should have been sharp and not blurred. Too slow a shutter speed for the speed of the aircraft.
Knight20: Civilization from the past, but not nature.
I considered nature to be wildlife and not mankind. I guess I should have queried this issue before voting.
I fail to see nature from the past. A picture of Saint Peter's Basilica would receive the same comment and grading.
