One of my favorite landscape photographers. I really enjoyed his "Travel to the Edge" programs.

Who? Guess his brand could be better. Whoever he is.

I see some real talent in some of these sets. Other sets are just . . . .

I particularly liked Sungseok Ahn, Republic of Korea in the architecture section. Fantastically composed, exposed, and presented.

I'm not sure the word "stunning" fits for these images in 2014. Maybe 10 years ago, but not today. With the rapid improvements in technology and more people with camera's, stunning shots are harder to come by than they once were. Kuddos to each of the photographers and their shots, its still an honor to be chosen.

... and the best they could come up with was a variable aperture lens? For this kind of kit and $$$, I would expect better... IMHO.

plasnu: I feel that Flickr is dying, very unfortunately. Their search engine and the way of show pictures is so unsophisticated...

I couldn't agree more!

EricAotearoa: To see a three minute time lapse of this scene taken by the photographer and a photo of him with his camera and lens, plus a background feature of him, go to http://www.stuff.co.nz/entertainment/arts/9082885/Lonely-star-photography-by-Mark-Gee. He has lived and worked in Wellington for the last ten years after emigrating from Australia.

Beautiful footage combined with a beautiful piano solo. 10/10!!
