You should download PSP X6 trial. This is a great program. No more bloat. Lots of good features. Very fast with 64 bit.

I downloaded the trail of PSE 12 today. On my machine the product is snappy and my computer is about 6 years old with only dual processor 1.8 gz and 4 gb ram. Running windows 8.1/ 64 bit.
However...
