Thanks. We had to be in the blind well before dawn, and even though it was May 1, it was doggone cold! But it was so neat to watch and hear them.

Hope whatever the problem is, Ruth will be OK soon and back with us. She runs good challenges.

For the life of me I cannot find a title watermarked on the photo. Can anyone point one out to me?

I think what may have tripped some of us up is the description of "reeds, bulrushes, plants, branches etc." That etc. can cover a lot of stuff. Trees, clouds, mountains... As opposed to buildings, fences, any man-made objects, which were clearly excluded.
I don't envy you or any host having to come up with a description that is specific enough without going to a ridiculous point of exactitude!

This is just amazing. Not only a beautifully done photograph, but the capture angle is a one-in-a-billion. I can't figure out if there are 2 sheep or 3?

What a lovely photo (and striking horses, too). Certainly deserving of first place.!

I like how you got the stars submerged in the water, very subtle and gives a real sense of depth.

Love this photo. BL is one of my very favorite spots (me and a couple million other people, I guess) but you have captured its loveliness to an extent I haven't see before in photos. Well done.

How inviting! The photo draws me in, as if I could just take a step forward and be on that snowy trail.
